Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including daily accounting entries and month-end closing
• Prepare month-end reporting including  consolidation and produce financial analysis
• Work with external auditors and tax representative and participate in annual audit
• Perform account reconciliation, payments, and settlement with key partners
• Initiate and develop best practice;  other ad-hoc tasks  

Requirements:

• High diploma holder with 2 years or above of hands-on commercial accounting experience; exposure gained in financial services will be a plus
• Diligent and well-organised and able to management tasks independently to meet reporting deadlines
• Experience in QuickBooks will be an advantage
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English
