Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professional staff
- Compile various accounting and financial reports
- Ensure accurate and timely of the reconciliation and reports
- Prepare and monitor the budget & forecast
- Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in the FlexSystem
- Maintain updated charts of Accounts & Analysis Code in FlexSystem
- Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies and internal control
- Liaise with external auditors and professionals
- Handle accounting duties of Directors’ investment in various countries
- Final check the figures on the Redemption Report to ensure accuracy
- Perform daily routine accounting functions when required
- Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting and related disciplines with CPA qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Manage multi-tasks and able to meet tight deadlines
- Highly independent and attentive to details
- Mature and able to work under pressure
- Strong sense in confidentiality
- Good interpersonal communication with internal and external parties
