Responsibilities:

- Prepare full set of accounts

- Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger

- Responsible for an effective office administrative services including facilities management, procurement of office supplies/services, records management, premises and equipment repair and maintenance

-  Manage stock inventory

- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines will be prioritized.

- At least 3 to 5 years accounting background.

- Experience in retail industry with knowledge of Accpac system is preferred.

- Accuracy and attention to detail and an aptitude for numbers.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

- Interest in natural and eco-friendly products is a bonus.
