Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance and Administration Manager in Hong Kong
- Coordinate with the Singapore Accounting Executive
- Manage and maintain accounts in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia with accuracy & efficiency
- Monitor stock inventory and cash flow
- Liaise with Singapore and Malaysia accounting firms for annual filing
- Provide sales analysis and other back-end support for Sales & Marketing team
- Assist in office administration and secretarial support
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Willing to travel to Singapore & Malaysia when needed
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge in import/export and/or accounting a plus
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Responsible & an independent worker
