• Manage all AR,AP, Cash flow, invoice, purchase order, plus monitoring & prepare project account report.
• Responsible for Daily accounting operation included data input, filing and inventory
• Perform routine accounting such as staff reimbursement and invoice checking
• Prepare employees payroll, attendance record and MPF etc.
• Understand of full sets of company account 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years or above account & administration experience for above responsibly
• Excellent in MS Words, Excel, Peachtree account software.
• Fluent in spoken & written English is a must and good in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is a plus. 
• Must work independently, detail-minded, Mature, Self-motivated, well organized, immaculate with a strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal skills, good at problem solving, capable to work in team environment is a must.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
