Duties:

• Preparing accounting vouchers and all related financial documents
• Handling cheque payments and cash book
• Updating A/R & A/P records and preparing monthly sales statement
• Updating purchase order files & inventory records;
• Maintaining responsibility for supporting HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management and employee relations
• Maintaining daily office administrative operations effectively and efficiently
• Performing ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• HD or above, LCCI Higher or above
• Minimum 2 years accounting & administration experience
• Willing to work overtime and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer knowledge in Chinese word processing and MS Office
• Presentable, responsible and self-motivated
• Immediate availability preferred
