-Handling full accounting activities of HK Office, & co-ordination with China Office

-Responsible for Book Keeping, Accounting System and Monthly Financial Reports

-Liase with Banks about records and reconcile bank accounts.

-Expense Reporting and Budgeting Calculation.

-Responsible for tax calculation and payment.

-Coordinate annual audit schedules with external auditors and internal parties

-Must be able to travel to China (Dongguan) at least once a month for meetings

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• 3-4 years accounting experience in trading or manufacturing industry
• Previous experience in full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Well-organized, initiative, detail-oriented and attention to details
• Computer knowledge in using MS Office such as Word, Excel etc
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin 
• Immediate available is a must
