Responsibilities:

l   Perform routine daily accounting duties (including billing, issuing invoices, quotation and filing) according to the procedures

l   Record and daily update accounting transactions, inventory ledger and banking reconciliation

l   Responsible for analyzing account payables and receivables as well as timely issuing monthly statements to clients

l   Coordinate and handle inter-company recharges and reconciliations timely

l   Coordinate the year end stock take and ensure an accurate inventory records

l   Liaison with bankers, auditors and outside parties for accounting issues

Requirements:

l   Degree or above in accounting or related disciplines

l   Minimum 3 years’ solid accounting experience

l   Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing

l   Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work under pressure

l   Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Polite with excellent interpersonal skills
