Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily AR/AP and general ledger transactions
- Duties including daily cheque and cash bank-in, issuance of invoice/receipt, preparation of account reconciliation, journal and aging report.
- Responsible for full sets of accounts and month end closing, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
- LCCI Higher with 3-5 years relevant experience
- Working experience in shipping / trading company is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), 中文輸入法, knowledge in MS Dynamics NAV is preferred
- Good command of  English and Chinese
- Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, independent, flexible and eager to learn
- Immediately available is highly preferred
