Job Duty

• Conducting guided tour and introduce the Gallery
• Planning and organizing exhibitions and outreach programmes
• Preparing and implementing education programmes and publicity plans for the promotion
• Updating exhibit contents
• Planning and organizing special events
• Preparing report for the Gallery
• Supervising the operation of the Gallery
• Monitoring the provision of services in the Gallery
• Design work for posters or other publicity materials
• Work on weekends and Public Holidays is required
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working Location: Central

Requirement

• Having a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong University or equivalent
• Having Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ post degree full time working experience in exhibition/cultural venue or publicity activities
• Computer Graphic/Design skill is an advantages, e.g. photoshop.
