Key Responsibilities:                     

• Perform data entries and exercise judgments on dimension posting
• Issue cheque & TT payment and preparation of accounting schedules
• Proof checking of vendor/customer invoices
• Issue periodic reports on Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Assist in preparation of month-end closing with sub ledger journal posting
• Bank reconciliation and AR/AP Aging reports
• Attend banking matters and perform other Ad-hos duties as assigned

Critical Competencies:

1.            Relevant Domain Expertise:  2 -5 years working experience in the accounting field

               *More experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk

2.            Strong Technical Skills:  Possess good command of MS Excel

3.            Strong Team Player:  Self-motivated, good teamwork and high sense of responsibility

4.            Efficiency is Core: Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

5.            Accuracy is Everything: Detailed orientated and good exercise of judgments

Required Qualifications:

•             Higher Diploma holder/ Degree in Accounting or student member of the HKICPA/ACCA or          other professional accounting bodies
