Responsibilities:

• Support day to day financial activities including data entry to month end management accounts and/or year-end financial statements
• Responsible for bank reconciliation, inter-company recharge, departmental accounting, balance sheet schedule preparation and tax computation independently
• Support and assist in budgeting, forecasting, auditing projects
• Assist with other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail / FMCG industry
• Pro-active and able to work in a fast-paced environment and manager deadlines
• Self-motivated, attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with key stakeholders
• Excellent organization, numerical, analytical and Excel skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word etc.
• Knowledge of Oracle and a Chartered Accountant would be a plus
