We are seeking ambitious individuals with 0-3 years’ experience to join our team in Hong Kong.

You’ll find yourself in high pressured situations from the start. You will need to:

• quickly understand and analyse companies’ operational and financial performance

• develop complex cashflow forecasts to assess working capital requirements, determine longer-term business viability and establish valuation of companies

• manage the daily cashflows and operations of companies

• liaise and negotiate with senior management of companies, clients, creditors as well as external advisors such as consultants, auditors and lawyers

• establish credible restructuring solutions to companies and lenders, which may involve merger & acquisitions or debt/equity capital market solutions

• document, review and drive the implementation of refinancing/restructuring plans

• analyse books and records, conduct inventories of assets and deal with claims of creditors and investigate fund flows

You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions and time zones, with frequent travel in the region.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in finance, strategy, business planning and gain exposure to working with management of companies, lenders, investors and other advisors in distressed and urgent situations.

 Key Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree or higher in finance, accounting or business administration

• CPA or CFA qualification (completed or in progress is an advantage)

• Good business sense and commercial acumen

• Strong financial and business analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
