Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Asia Group consolidation report on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Prepare the intra-company & overseas agent consolidation statement and follow up payment
- Responsible for general accounting duties, include financial data input for Regional office
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reports for Regional office
- Make payment by cheque / TT for Asia Group / Regional office
- Assist in preparing for year-end closing and relevant schedules for Asia Group / Regional office
- Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experiences . Have consolidation experience or regional accounting is a PLUS
- Experience in Cargowise will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices and Excellent in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
