Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of financial and accounting activities for the Group;
• Handle statutory compliance and routine company secretarial duties for the listed company;
• Management reporting and Group consolidation;
• Budget / Forecast and financial analysis;
• Review and establish appropriate procedures, control and systems to enhance operational efficiency;
• Conduct feasibility studies on new projects and continuous monitoring of projects in progress.

Requirements:

• University degree holder with professional accountancy qualification and a member of HKICPA or recognized professional accounting body, preferably a member of HKICS;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in PRC operations of which at least 3 years at supervisory level;
• Well versed with HK and PRC accounting standards, taxation and statutory reporting requirements;
• Hands-on, independent, self-motivated and ability to handle multi-task;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong business sense and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Familiar with Flex Accounting System is a definite advantage;
• Willing to travel in PRC;
• Immediately available is preferred.
