Purpose of Job

• Prepare consolidated financial and management reports for month end, year end and budgeting/ forecast on a timely basis;
• Carry out a full-range of finance and accounting activities, including the review of journal vouchers, accounts payable payment;
• Maintaining accurate and timely financial and operating information;
• Assisting in month-end closings, inter-company reconciliation and reporting;
• Preparing schedules and reconciliations;
• Communicate with Oversea and PRC associates for updating the progress of investment;
• Liaise with inter-companies and various third parties to facilitate all kinds of financial related duties;
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested.

 Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 3 or more years relevant work experience; experience in sizable company would be advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiar with Dynamic and JiuQi is a definite advantage
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills
• Audit experience in international CPA firm is an advantage
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Qualified CPA of HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies would be advantageous
