Job duties

• To perform general clerical work including scanning, document filing, daily mailing / courier arrangement;
• Prepare insurance document and handle new and renewal of insurance policy;
• Data entry and maintain the database information;
• Handle customer inquires and follow through operation issues;
• Other ad hoc duties.

Job requirements

• F.5 or above with good command of English and Chinese;
• Good PC skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
• Good communication skill, willing to learn, work independently & hardworking;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Account Clerk

Job duties

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting duties;
• Assist in interim and annual financial reporting of listed companies;
• Perform daily accounting duties (vouchers & invoicing), processing bills and payment transactions;
• Handle cheque preparation, telegraphic transfers, order purchases;
• Perform data entry and filing;
• Other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with good command of English and Chinese;
• Good PC skills in Excel and Word, Power Point;
• Audit with company secretarial experience is an advantage;
• Good communication skill, willing to learn, work independently & hardworking;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Working hours
Monday - Friday : 09:00am - 06:00pm
Office Location   : Causeway Bay
