Senior Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Update AR, AP, GL in the system
• Cash budget, AR & AP aging (month-end & mid-month to check cash flow)
• Arrange payment to suppliers
• Monthly/annual financial statements and reports
• Communication with related companies in the US and China
• Check stock list and value with operation department

Requirements

• Familiar with system and operation flow
• 5-8 years’ experience and related training in accounting
• Experience with different accounting software (or change of system) advantageous
• Experience with trading/manufacturing/logistics company preferable
• Knowledge of warehouse operation and inventory valuation (local and overseas)
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin
