Your Position

Accurate accounting and financial reporting are critical to the success of any business, no matter what size or in which industry. Our corporate clients outsource many or all of their company’s accounting and reporting functions to us. Not just the day-to-day administration but also the more challenging and practical reporting tasks. You will be a key member in the team with responsibility to manage a portfolio of clients that require our corporate accounting services. You will interact with clients, Intertrust offices around the globe and client auditors and tax representatives. You key responsibilities are: 

• Prepare and review financial reports on monthly, quarterly or annual basis
• Prepare and review annual statutory accounts including consolidation of various subsidiaries within the Group, in compliance with the relevant GAAP, regulations and company policies
• Prepare and review Financial Resources Returns (“FRR”) in compliance with the SFC requirements
• Responsible to operate clients’ bank account  and process on-time payment applications
• Ensure timely billing of accounts and maintains a digital filing system for accounting records
• Understand client’s business and identify associated processes and risks
• Conduct KYC process and compliance review
• Coach and review the work of the accountants in the team

Your Profile

• University degree in accounting or finance HKICPA/ACCA qualified or part qualified would be an advantage (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in professional services or client servicing role
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Finance Officer
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
• Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken
• Keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
