• Verifying vendors invoices & entries in ERP system
• Payment set up & cash flow management
• General Ledger & Bookkeeping
• Petty cash,expense reimbursement, Journal entries in Excel & documents filing etc
• Reconcile receipts and bank accounts
• Develop & to provide analytical reports on stock management to monitor the supply chain activities
• Manage, consolidate and integrate data from different spreadsheets, analyze and prepare management reports
• Assist in Office Administration & ad hoc projects

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Finance & Accountings/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Business Management
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, sensitive to numbers
• Min. 2-3 years for AR/AP in trading or manufacturing firm
• Welcome fresh graduate as Management Trainee
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English; good in Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel (Functions, Pivot Table... etc.), Access & PowerPoint
• Experience in QuickBooks is an advantage
• Smart, Details-minded, well organized and responsible
• Self-managed and able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
