Responsibilities

• Handling full set of accounts, including accounting entries, book keeping, invoicing, etc.
• Liaison with banks, tax bureaus and other regulatory agencies
• Monitor accounts receivable, payable and payment checking
• Maintain an accurate and updated database of accounts information
• Prepare company transactions, accounting schedules and bank reconciliation
• Prepare management reports/accounting schedules/tax computations and checking
• Assist in other accounting related and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree holder in accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Proficient in using MS Excel formulations and functions
