Responsibilities :

* Supervise the accounting team in HK, China and overseas offices in performing daily tasks and month end closing

* Prepare monthly management accounts, consolidation of group accounts

* Liaise with auditors for annual audit

* Responsible for cash flow management and taxation activities

* Improve the internal controls and operational policies and procedures

* Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements :

* Qualified Accountant, Degree holder in Accounting or Finance discipline

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trading companies &/or marketing agency

* Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounting books for overseas subsidiaries, is definate advantage 

* Sound knowledge in the latest accounting standards and taxation reporting requirements in Hong Kong and overseas offices

* Proficient in MS Windows and computerized accounting system

* Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage

* Proactive team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills

* Strong communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua

* Immediate availability is preferred
