Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Chief Operating Officer, manage and oversee daily accounting and financial operations
• Responsible for relevant and accurate monthly financial as well as proactively reviewing, analyzing and interpreting business unit's financial performance, budgets and forecasts
• Communicate on identified issues, collaborate on appropriate resolutions and implementations
• Streamline finance processes and business partnering at high performance
• Set up and maintain systems to improve the efficiency and accuracy on forecasting, planning and reporting process
• Supervise month end closing and review balance sheet schedules
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and analysis for management review
• Providing insightful financial illustrations to assist management decision in performance management
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and bankers
• Participant in ad-hoc projects as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ overall experience in Accounting / Finance at Financial / Business Planning in SME, of which 2 years or above in supervisory role at sizable companies, experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with accounting standards and related regulations in Hong Kong and Macau markets

• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
