Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and provide timely and accurate reporting
• Responsible for accounting system development including workflow design, workflow diagram, system implementation, UAT and user manual
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, annual budgets and relevant analysis
• Develop and implement systematic financial control policies and procedures\
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and government departments on financial matters
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent; 5 years experience in accounting or auditing
• Experience in ERP/finance system implementation is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC application in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
