A listed telecommunication company is now inviting candidates who seek for excellent career prospect to fill the following position:

Responsibilities

• Handle the general accounting functions including day to day operations of the financial accounting
• Prepare consolidated accounts, and monthly reports
• Liaise with overseas subsidiaries on accounts-related matters
• Good knowledge of HK listed Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance and other statutory requirements
• Assist in dealing with the external auditor, tax adviser and company secretary in relation to statutory audit, company secretarial and tax matters.
  

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant / Finalist
• Hands on financial reporting with minimum 3-5 years experience preferable gained in listed company
• Fluent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in MS Office and well versed in Excel
• Strong financial, analytical and report writing skills
• Immediate available preferred
