Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily treasury operations
• Assist in handling all accounting and finance functions and meet tight deadlines of month-end closing and prepare schedules
• Maintains accurate accounting records and control process flow
• Assist in preparing reports including annual budget, variance report and etc.
• Assist in handling external audit
• Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative duties as required

Preferred experience /  skills :

• Diploma in Accounting is preferred
• Holder of LCC Level 3 Certificate
• 4 years+ relevant hands-on working experience with proven records (candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Assistant)
• Willing to learn with humble mind
• A flexible, goal oriented and positive mentality with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Fair in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Familiar with business internet banking
• ERP user experience is definitely a plus
• Immediate available will be an advantage
