Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for management reporting, planning, internal control, treasury and financial management duties.
To ensure compliance with pre-listing requirements, corporate governance and all relevant statutory matters.
Review/prepare monthly financial report and ad-hoc reports
To manage business operation together with core management team.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting and related disciplines
Big 4 or audit experience is a plus
Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
Proven experience as team leader with positive mind set.
Familiar with company ordinance, listing rules.
Integrity is a must.
