Responsibilities:

• In charge of financial and accounting functions of holding company and regional entities across Southeast Asia
• Advise management on accounting matters, financial management and internal controls over management reporting and business processes
• Participate in budgeting and re-forecast for management review
• In charge of day-to-day administration of the finance, accounting and payment functions of holding company and regional headquarter, and third party vendors
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and bankers
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly consolidated management reports, investor reporting packages

Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional qualification of CPA
• At least 5 years of commercial or professional accountancy experience
• Hands-on accounting experience in Southeast Asian markets
• Start-up experience will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
