Responsibilities: 

1. Assist the Finance and Operations Director to handle all financial and accounting matters of the Society, and supervise daily accounting function of the Society;
2. Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets, and monitor cash flow and budget of the Society;
3. Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and month-end financial statements;
4. Handle full set of accounts;
5. Responsible for the internal control system of the Society;
6. Assist in preparing funding applications and preparing financial reports to the funding bodies;
7. Liaison with bankers, auditors and funding bodies;
8. Prepare year-end accounts closing;
9. Prepare audit schedules for annual audit; and
10. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management from time to time. 

Requirements:

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
• University/college graduate with professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience;
• Be independent, initiative, detailed-oriented and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Process strong analytical mind, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent PC skills, especially in MS Excel and hands on experience in Flex System is an advantage; and
• Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods.
