Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries in Peachtree with supporting documents.
• Handle financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Process and account for daily and monthly payments.
• Verify and process invoices with adequate documents and approvals timely and accurately.
• Maintain bank books and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Support accounting department to complete assigned jobs and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines.
• At least eight years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Knowledge of Peachtree.
• Good communication skills with speaking and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
