Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA) is a private independent, non-denominational, co-educational school authorized to deliver three of the International Baccalaureate Programmes. VSA is now recruiting an enthusiastic and committed person for the above position.

Responsibilities:

• To lead Finance and Procurement Team and is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operation in the Team.
• To oversee annual business planning and budgeting exercise
• To oversee the formulation and optimization of the company's financial standards, policies, guidelines and procedures
• To ensure up to date compliance with all government regulations such as tax, equity, health and safety, etc. (statutory compliance)
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Academy

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in finance, accounting or relevant discipline
• Possess ACCA /HKICPA/ Professional accountant qualification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of financial experience with at least 5 years of relevant management experience preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
• Strong analytical mind and supervisory skill is required
• Proactive working attitude with good communication and independent thinking skill
