The successful candidate will be responsible to perform daily clerical activities in Finance & Accounts Department.

He / she will also provide counter service and backup cashier office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions in cashier counter;
• Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, scanning, document filing, preparing vouchers and cashier receipt settlement;
• Handle general administrative tasks of the Department;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with basic accounting knowledge;
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in providing counter and cashier services;
• Hands-on MS office applications knowledge;
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
