Our Client is a HK Listed Company in the real estate industry with main operations in PRC.  A need has arisen to hire a Financial Controller to join its team. 

• Responsible for periodical financial reporting (including consolidation) and ensured timely publication and dissemination of annual report and interim report.
• Ensured compliance with all the requirements as set out in the Listing Rules under HKEX and Companies Ordinances and relevant compliance regulations.
• Compiled financial information and prepared accounting section of management reports.
• Led all financial management processes and internal control systems to ensure processes and systems are soundly designed, controlled, monitored and implemented.
• Led the corporate budgeting & forecasting process and prepared the group consolidated financial analysis.
• Participated in ad hoc projects and coordinated with all relevant professional parties in relation to the assigned projects or transactions.

To qualify, you should be a qualified accountant with big 4 training at early part of your career together will around 5-8 years’ experience gained from HK listed companies.  Strong knowledge of HK listed rules and requirements is essential.  Excellent communication skills including English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.  You should demonstrate robust interpersonal skills with strong business acumen to aid making management’s decisions.
