Key Responsibilities:

-Formulate company’s internal and financial controls; ensure the compliance and effectiveness of control.
-Supervise the account department, including recruitment, review of staff welfare and year end appraisal, provide training etc.

-Manage the daily accounting operations, review of management accounts, monthly financial statements and cost management.

-Participate in potential investment project, provide analysis and opinions.

-Liaise with inter-company, bankers, auditors etc; Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by directors.

Job Requirements:

-Able to deal with diversity, pressure and challenges; station in Republic of Ghana is required.

-Self-motivated, high integrity and sense of responsibility.

- University degree holder in Accounting or equivalent disciplines, qualified accountant is a plus

-At least 5 years of Accounting & Managerial experience gained from a sizable manufacturing environment, familiar with PRC accounting, global taxation and regulations. Prior experience in MNC is a plus.

-Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, prior experience in foreign staff management is a plus

-Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Putonghua, pass on IELTS or TOFEL is a plus.
