Job duties / Responsibilities:

• Assist daily accounting operations, including AP, AR functions
• Assist to review & prepare bank & cheque transaction, pretty cash, data input and bank reconciliation
• Preparing invoices, issue payment & related documents
• Provide clerical support to the department
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy/LCC intermediate level or above
• 1 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Organized, initiative, independent with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Less experience or Fresh Graduate in Accounting are also welcome
• Immediately available is preferable
