Responsibilities

• Responsible for general accounting duties such as prepare vouchers, data entry and filing
• Reconcile ledger reports and maintain monthly supporting schedules for prepaid assets, fixed assets, misc. accounts receivable, accrued expenses and other balance sheet accounts as needed.
• Participate in month end, quarter end closing and year end closing
• Handle ad-hoc duties and daily correspondence as assigned

Requirements

• Form 7 or above with LCCI intermediate
• At least 3 year accounting experience
• Familiar with MS Office application, including Excel and Word
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Communicable in both written and spoken in English, Chinese & Mandarin
• 5 days of work
• Immediate availability is preferred
