Job Description

This HK Listed firm, with a strong company background, provides a diversified portfolio of businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate and Tourism professional with proven operating company experience to take on this opportunity. To be a success within this Professional role, you will be required to have the following previous experience: 

 

  • Fully responsible for the interim review and annual audit, and prepare the interim and annual reports;
  • Ensure budgets and capital expenditure are well and timely prepared and effective measures are taken.
  • Active involvement in M&A and other strategic initiatives are expected.
  • Handle the full range of company secretarial and compliance work of the listed company and other subsidiaries
  • Provide continuous improvement to their financial control and ensure all financial matters are in strict adherence to Group's corporate governance.
  • Report directly to the Chairman of the Group, support the senior management team in formulating and implementing business plans and strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with recognized professional accounting qualifications.
  • Proven experience as CFO and company secretary, or relevant role
  • Minimum of 10 years of experiences is expected while exposure to real estate development or tourism related industries is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the Main Board Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements and other compliance regulations;
  • Previous successful track record in formulating and executing finance strategy on a regional basis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and Mandarin is a must
