Job Description

Responsibilities: Management several company accounts with computer and all around admin office work, communication with auditor and bank, may need to assist the office manager.

Requirements :

• Secondary 5; LCCI 3 level or Accounting Diploma.
• 6 Years Experience Required; Over 6 years Small Enterprise Accounts experience is preferable. School and Educational entity experience is most prefer. Fresh graduate is not welcome.
• Fluent Cantonese; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese; Able to read & write English ; Good interpersonal skill.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office (esp. Excel) and comfortable with large spreadsheets and numbers; Full-set accounting knowledge;
• Self-initiative, well-organized and detail oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently with minimum supervision.
