Job Description
Job Responsibility:
1.Perform daily accounting functions including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables;
2.Assists for month-end closing, reporting and bank reconciliation;
3.Handle customer settlement and staff reimbursement;
4.Perform daily accounting duties (vouchers & invoicing), processing bills and payment transactions
5.Handle cheque preparation, telegraphic transfers, order purchases
6.Perform data entry and filing;
7.Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance.
2. 3-5 years audit and accounting experience.
3. Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication and written in English and Mandarin.
5. Hardworking, analytical mind, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility.
