Company Introduction

Our client is a global leading fashion & apparel company with HQ in United States, with Asia Pacific regional office located in Hong Kong. They have created this new position in order to support the continuous development of business in the region. 

Job Duties 

Reporting to Tax Director- Asia based in Hong Kong, you will work closely with another Tax Manager as a team on supporting the tax accounting reporting under US GAAP requirements. You will assist planning & documentation of Transfer Pricing (TP) for 4-5 markets in Asia region. You will ensure the tax compliance (such as tax provision review & tax return preparation for those markets. You will provide taxation advice to the markets in related to tax issues such as cross border transactions, tax audit and tax investigations, etc. You will also contribute in ad hoc projects such as potential M&A cases. You will expect to collaborate internally with Corporate Tax Team based in US, Regional Tax Team & Domestic Finance Team; as well as externally with Tax Consultants from Big 4. 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be:

- Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Finance & Accounting together with CPA qualification

- Possessing at least 3-4 years of tax advisory experience preferably gained in Big 4

- *Commercial tax experience across Asia region will be a PLUS but not a must

- A good team player, who are able to deliver with tight deadline and work in fast-paced atmosphere
