Job Description:

• Report to Executive Director and be in charge of Finance Department and lead an accounting team
• Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control and operation review
• Consolidate the monthly and bi-yearly, and yearly Management Accounting Report to management
• Conduct financial research and accounting analysis
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Building various accounting systems to support potential IPO Projects in future
• Work with other departments on system enhancement and process improvement
• Co-ordinate with bankers and external parties to handle financial facilities
• Perform finance related ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ relevant working experience
• Energetic with analytical mind
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external parties
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, as well as a team player
