Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts of trading companies independently;
• Supervise accounts clerk for month-end closing and daily operations;
• Prepare monthly reports and schedules;
• Prepare monthly inter-companies reconciliation;
• Liaise with other departments regarding day-to-day operation issues;
• Calculate quarterly sales report and commission schedules;
• Handle general administration duties and documents filings;
• Other ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Form 7 with LCCI intermediate or above;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts, and preferably in manufacturing and trading;

• Proficient in computer knowledge especially in MS Excel with advance knowledge (e.g. vlookup, pivot table);
• Knowledge of MYOB is an advantage;

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• More experience will be considered as Accountant.
