Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operation with full set of accounts experience is preferable
• Able to handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and invoicing;
• Ensure payments are supported and approved in compliance with internal policies;
• Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents;
• Capable to supervise a small team to provide guidance to maintain daily operations;
• Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly schedules, management reporting and financial analysis
• Support the year-end closing and other ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• HKIAAT / Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
• At least 4 years accounting and supervise experiences
• Be responsible, willing to learn and hardworking
• Able to work under pressure and deliver on schedule.
• Positive attitude, mature, detailed and organized, highly independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility is required
• Proficient in MS Application, familiar with Flex system will be an advantage
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
