Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly returns on FRR reported to the SFC;
• Prepare daily monitoring and reporting of the Liquid Capital computation according to the FRR;
• Responsible for handle daily accounting functions independently, including receipts, payments, accruals and expense bookings;
• Handle daily accounting input of trades, settlement and account vouchers;
• Handle reconciliation of trade and bank movement;
• Prepare management accounts in relation to the investment activities;
• Assist month-end/year-end process, assist year-end audit;
• Communicate with Banks, Compliance consultancy, External Auditor and Tax Representative; and
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• 2-3 years experience in brokerage industry accounting
• Good command of Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
