Responsibilities

- Need to liaise with our client’s customers via telephone and email to settle  the customer complaint
- Investigate the complaint case through relevant parties and find out the root cause, coordinate and communicate with different parties to solve the case
- Draft the investigation report and provide timely feedback to relevant parties

Basic Requirement

- Diploma or above degree, ideally in a business related discipline
- Relevant experience working in a call centre will be an advantage
- Confidence in liaising with external clients with strong communications skills
- Fluent writing and verbal communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
- Highly motivated to deliver results to the right standards and targets
- Ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenge even under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and can adapt to different situations

- 主动性强，能按时按质完成工作
- 具有较强的抗压能力，能高效地完成工作
- 能适应不同的工作环境并克服不同的挑战和挫折以实现项目目标，与团队共同成长
