Job Description
Main Duties
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the department
- Input billing data, payment and receipt voucher into General Ledger System
- Issue cheque / TT application for various types of payments
- Prepare revenue, expenses and other analysis for management review
- Assist in salaries tax return preparation including form IR56B & 56F and other related submission to IRD
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Certificate in Accounting with at least 5 years accounting experience or higher level with 3 years working experience
- Excellent in PC application, especially Word and Excel
- Familiar with Sun Accounting Systems is an advantage
- Mature, responsible, careful, highly initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
