Job Description:

A wholly subsidiary licensed corporation engaging in RA 1,4, and 9 of a Hong Kong listed company in Central is seeking an Account Executive to cope with business covering Private Equity, asset management and proprietary investments, etc.

The high caliber is responsible for conducting investment analysis, due diligence to detailed credit analysis for deals both for China onshore and offshore real estate deals particular in Australia. Other duties include executing on approval deals and deal sourcing, identifying potential lenders as well as monitoring and making recommendation on market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

．Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients;
．Responsible for account opening and handling application documents;
．Capable of handling client’s enquiries, trade execution, matching and reconciliation in accurate and timely manner;
．Liaise with internal and external counterparts to compete the order processing;
．Work with complex order instructions from fund manager or client;
．Ensure all activities complying with Company’s operational guidelines and procedures and complying with all regulations and rules set out by the Securities and Futures Ordinance;
．Perform ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

．Diploma or degree holder, major in Finance, Economics, Banking or a business related discipline;
．Licensed with SFC as Representative (Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities) is preferable;
．Minimum 2-year experience in asset management sell-side trading;
．Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices;
．Independent, good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility;
．Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua.
