Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling daily accounting operations and full set of accounts, especially AR duties
2. Responsible for daily banking reconciliation
3. Involve in the month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
4. Proactively monitor customer accounts to enhance debt recovery and ensure problem customers can be quickly addressed
5. Assist in preparing monthly management account
6. Participate in the daily operations
7. Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting and/or finance, or equivalent
• 1-3 years working experience in FMCG / trading & wholesale / retail business experience is highly preferred
• Good organization skills and detail minded
• Commit to meet tight deadline and able to work under pressure
• High initiative and proactive 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office and well versed in Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
