Responsibilities:

• Act as a key member in ERP / financial system implementation projects
• Work closely with and bridge between business stakeholders and IT consultants
• Elicit, analyze and document business / system processes and requirements
• Model and configure package system based on user requirements
• Produce project documentations such as functional specification, training manual, user guide etc.
• Conduct functional testing, user training and drive / assist users in performing UAT

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of solid experience in ERP / financial system implementation projects.  Those with less experience but with good accounting background may also be considered as Associate Business Analyst
• Good business sense with strong analytical and systematic mindset and high problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and People oriented
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese.  Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
