Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist the establishment of audit plan
- To conduct internal audit assignments
- To Identify risks and control weaknesses
- To make recommendations on improvement measures
- To draft audit reports for management
- To follow up the implementation of audit recommendations
- To participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, auditing or relevant disciplines
- Professional qualification (eg. CPA/CIA) preferred
- 5 - 10 years of Internal Audit or Compliance experience gained from Investment Bank
- Possess good knowledge of regulatory requirements, procedures and guidelines, e.g. SFC, HKEX, etc
- Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good communication, analytical and report writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
